Knowledge Documented is the brainchild of Krystal Leitner - that's me! I'm a dedicated knowledge and document wizard with too much passion and ambition for my own good. I needed a creative outlet outside of my corporate prison, and this website gives me the freedom to share what I've learned with others.

I have 15 years of experience in technical writing, training, system administration, website design, and knowledge management.

AI Philosophy

I think AI has an appropriate time and place to be used. As this website is built on ideas and not money, I'll use AI for some visual elements, such as images. However, I don't use AI to write. What's the point of having a website dedicated to documenting and sharing knowledge if I'm not writing it myself?
